This page is a collection of various writings, projects, and resources I’ve pulled together on topics I’m interested in. It is not meant to be a polished source of professional writing. For me, it is a forcing function to pull things together in the hopes of ”learning in public”, and for others, I hope it can provide a window into the types of things I’m interested in.
Some caveats to keep in mind: what you read may not be up to date, I might change my mind (ideas aren’t static), and for the sake of not paralyzing myself with perfectionism I am not being very conscientious about format/editing.
Thoughts, Writings, Projects:
A running list of areas & topics I’m interested in.
Thoughts on what “free speech” means in the context of social media.
A summary of time I spent thinking about how to apply concepts from managerial accounting to product management.
Thoughts on why projects that have indirect business impact are continually under-prioritized relative to projects with direct impact.
My university thesis argued that student debt is a form of indentured servitude. It provides more background on the economics of higher education, along with the causes of student debt. You can find a table of the sources I used while researching the space here. It’s also worth checking out this TED Talk from my advisor on the same topic.
A collection of some of my favorite quotes from Kurt Vonnegut novels, and a piece of digital art I made using my Kindle highlights.
